Complimentary standard shipping is available on all U.S. product orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
All applicable duties and taxes associated with standard U.S. product delivery are included. No additional state sales tax is added at checkout.
Furniture delivery timing varies according to availability, size, production requirements, customization, packaging, freight method, carrier schedules, and destination. Made-to-order, customized, fragile, and oversized furniture generally requires additional preparation and freight transit time.
Large furniture may ship by ocean freight, truck freight, or scheduled final-mile delivery. Tracking may pause during ocean transit and resume after customs clearance or final-mile carrier handoff.
Standard freight does not automatically include room-of-choice placement, unpacking, assembly, or installation. White Glove Delivery, express shipping, remote-area service, storage, redelivery, and other optional services may incur additional fees.

Submit a return request for an eligible unused, unassembled, non-custom product within 30 calendar days after delivery. Do not ship the product until the return is authorized; the authorization will state the ship-by deadline.
Customized, made-to-order, assembled, installed, used, altered, and final-sale products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, are incorrect, have a verified covered defect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
For a customer-choice return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Fullstarlighting may deduct the documented actual outbound shipping cost originally incurred to deliver the order. No restocking fee is charged on an approved eligible return.
If an item or component arrives damaged, contact us promptly and include your order number and photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue. Keep all original packaging until our team completes its review.

Preparing for delivery
Before ordering, measure the product and the complete delivery path, including doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, corners, loading areas, and the final placement space.
The delivery path and placement area must be safe, clear, and accessible. An adult age 18 or older must be present to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery.
Please notify us in advance if your building requires a Certificate of Insurance, freight-elevator reservation, loading-dock access, gate code, parking instructions, or other special arrangements.
Stairs, access, and additional fees
Stairs, narrow access, limited parking, gated entry, remote locations, missed appointments, storage, redelivery, rescheduling, or other non-standard conditions may require additional review and may result in additional fees or service restrictions.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the product will fit safely through all access points. If delivery cannot be completed because of access or fit limitations, return-to-terminal, storage, redelivery, or return fees may apply.
Scheduling and rescheduling
The delivery partner will contact you when the order is ready for final delivery. Appointment windows and communication methods vary by carrier.
Contact us and the carrier as early as possible if you need to reschedule. Missed appointments or late changes may result in storage, redelivery, or rescheduling fees.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the product as fully as practical before signing the delivery receipt. Note visible damage, missing pieces, or packaging concerns on the receipt and contact us promptly.
Keep the packaging and provide photographs of the product, packaging, shipping label, and visible issue. Do not assemble, install, repair, or modify a damaged product before our team completes its review.
