REFERENCE IMAGES AND DESIGN RIGHTS

We do not reproduce protected designs, logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property without authorization. You must have the right to share and use any drawings, photographs, plans, or design materials submitted with your request.
OUR REVIEW PROCESS
- Submit the product and project details.
- Our team reviews feasibility, materials, dimensions, technical requirements, and delivery needs.
- If the request is feasible, we provide specifications, pricing, and an estimated production and delivery window.
- You review and approve the final details.
- Production begins after required approvals and payment are complete.
PRICING
Customization pricing depends on the product, dimensions, materials, finish, design complexity, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements.
Pricing is not final until Fullstarlighting confirms it in writing.
PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMING
Production and delivery windows are estimates. Material availability, design revisions, production schedules, packaging, freight conditions, customs clearance, and final-mile delivery may affect timing.
Contact us before ordering if your project has a fixed installation or completion date.
APPROVAL RESPONSIBILITY
Review all approved dimensions, materials, finishes, electrical requirements, drawings, and delivery details carefully. Fullstarlighting is not responsible for an error that appears in approved specifications supplied or approved by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS, AND RETURNS
Once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be available.
Customized and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, are incorrect, have a verified covered defect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
NATURAL VARIATION
Wood, stone, leather, glass, crystal, metal, fabric, and hand-applied finishes may display expected variations in grain, veining, color, texture, shape, or tone. These characteristics contribute to the individual appearance of the product and are not normally considered defects.
