Refund Policy

We provide our customers with a best shopping experience, so we accept returns within 30 natural days after the customer receives the product.

For products purchased on our platform (excluding bulbs), we provide a 3-year warranty. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in new/unused condition to be eligible for a refund. If the product has been installed, it cannot be returned.

Return Procedure

Fullstarlighting’s return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your shipment. If your order has been delivered for more than 30 days, we will not be able to provide return service.

To complete a return, simply follow three steps:

Process the return
Before initiating a return, please contact our customer service (support@fullstarlighting.com) and explain the reason (with pictures and videos attached). Once approved, our team will provide you with return details (address, phone number, and recipient information).
Important: Do not send the product directly to our shipping address. If this happens, we will not be able to refund.

Packaging
Products must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Ensure all items and packaging materials are intact and securely packed.

Shipping
Before shipping, take photographs of both the inside and outside of the package to confirm the product’s condition. We strongly recommend using an insured, traceable shipping method. You may choose any shipping company, but the shipping cost must be prepaid. If the return is due to a quality issue, we will refund your shipping costs. If you request a signature upon delivery, please ensure the carrier allows us to sign the back of the notice to avoid delays.

Return Charge

If the return is due to our mistake (incorrect product, quality problem, or wrong shipping address), you will receive a full refund.

If the return is due to the buyer’s issue (e.g., dislike of the product, wrong order, incorrect size, or incorrect/incomplete address), the buyer must cover both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

No restocking fees will be charged.

Once shipped, please send a photo of the receipt and tracking number to support@fullstarlighting.com.

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm it is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days. For non-quality issues, only the product price will be refunded, and shipping costs will be deducted. A confirmation email will be sent once the return is processed.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method. Debit or Visa card refunds usually take 7–10 business days. For faster processing, you may contact your bank.

Order Cancellation

Orders not yet shipped

Canceled within 24 hours of purchase: full refund.

Canceled or modified after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% handling fee will be charged.

Once the product is shipped out, the order can not be canceled.Orders already shipped will be processed as a return, and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. 

FAQs

What if I received my item but don’t like it?
Yes, you may return it as long as these conditions are met:

Return request is submitted within 30 natural days after receipt.
Product is not custom-made.
Product is new, unused, and not installed.
Product is in original packaging.
Crystals (if any) are securely wrapped.
Product is listed on our website.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed if not yet shipped. If the goods have already been delivered to logistics, cancellation is not possible. Once received, you may initiate a return request.

Can I exchange a product?
Exchanges are treated as returns and require a new purchase.

What if my product is defective or damaged?
We sincerely apologize that your items were damaged during transit. As the shipment is handled by a third-party logistics company, the damage was not directly caused by us. Nevertheless, we take your experience seriously and are committed to resolving this promptly.
Please provide photos or videos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving your package and share them with our customer service team. Once we receive your feedback, we will arrange a replacement of the damaged parts or a full exchange, depending on the situation, to ensure a satisfactory solution.
