Once your order has shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active after carrier handoff.

For ocean freight shipments, tracking may not update while the shipment is at sea and may resume after customs clearance or final-mile carrier handoff.

    • Can I customize a light fixture?


    Yes. Many of our lighting pieces can be customized.

    Customization options may include size, finish color, number of light sources, hanging height, chain length, rod length, cord length, glass color, crystal style, alabaster detail, and color temperature.

    • What information should I provide for a lighting customization request?


    Please provide the following information:

    Product link or model number

    Preferred size or dimensions

    Finish color

    Number of light sources, if different from the original design

    Required hanging height, chain length, rod length, or cord length

    Voltage or plug requirements, if applicable

    Photos, drawings, or room images if available

    If possible, please also share your actual installation space so our team can recommend a suitable design solution.

    • Can you make a light fixture based on a photo from another website or store?


    In many cases, yes. Please send us clear photos, drawings, or reference links.

    To help us evaluate the request, please provide details such as size, material, finish color, bulb type, installation requirements, and any other important design features.

    • Can I customize furniture?


    Yes. Selected furniture pieces can be customized depending on the design and material.

    Customization options may include size, wood finish, stone top material, upholstery, hardware finish, shelf layout, cabinet configuration, and other design details.

    • What information should I provide for furniture customization?


    Please provide the following information:

    Product link or model number

    Preferred size or dimensions

    Wood finish, stone top, fabric, leather, or hardware preference

    Room placement or intended use

    Reference photos or design drawings if available

    Any special storage, installation, or delivery requirements

    Because furniture often involves natural materials, slight variations in wood grain, stone veining, color, and texture may occur. These natural differences make each piece unique.

    • How long does customization take?


    Customization time depends on product type, material availability, design complexity, workshop schedule, packaging requirements, and shipping method.

    In-stock pieces may ship sooner when available.

    Made-to-order, customized, oversized, or fragile items may require additional preparation and freight transit time.

    • How are large or oversized items shipped?


    Large, heavy, fragile, furniture, or oversized items are generally shipped by ocean freight, truck freight, or oversized freight service for safer handling.

    For oversized packages exceeding 39 inches, ocean freight is usually the standard shipping method.

    • What if my item arrives damaged?


    We carefully inspect and pack all items before shipping.

    If your product or any component arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

    For verified shipping damage, Fullstarlighting will provide replacement parts or after-sale assistance according to our policy.
